We are currently seeking funding to capitalize Greenleaf Biofuels Processing, Inc., a C corporation being formed to construct a biodiesel processing plant in New Haven, Connecticut for the production of biodiesel from waste vegetable oil (WVO). This project is being developed by Greenleaf Biofuels, LLC, an existing distributor of biodiesel.

The management team possesses a strong mix of entrepreneurial spirit grounded by Wall Street experience, augmented by a world-renowned green chemist and guided by proven legal counsel. Through an extensive due diligence process, the Greenleaf Biofuels has received third party validation from leaders in the biodiesel finance and investment community that the only biodiesel projects that make sense under current conditions are destination plants built on the water and using alternative feedstocks. Greenleaf Biofuels Processing meets all these requirements. As further validation, Greenleaf Biofuels was recently awarded a $1.3M grant from the State of Connecticut for the construction of the New Haven plant.

Initial project development work, including geo-environmental surveying, structural engineering, civil engineering and permitting, has been financed by Greenleaf Biofuels. The current round of financing is to capitalize the plant operating company, Greenleaf Biofuels Processing, Inc., and commence construction.
